General policy
KeepViral does not offer voluntary refunds for purchased subscriptions or digital services because they were unused or you changed your mind. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and normally leaves access in place until the paid period ends; it does not itself refund that period.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, price reduction or other remedy required by applicable law, including for faulty digital content or services that do not meet legal standards. Applicable distance-selling cancellation rights may also apply. We do not assume that paying for or starting a digital service automatically waives a statutory cooling-off right. Any loss of such a right depends on the conditions required by law, including express consent and acknowledgement where applicable.
Request a refund
If you believe you have a legal right to a refund or want to question a charge, email general@keepviral.app with the account email, relevant transaction details and a short explanation. Do not send your password or full payment-card number. We may ask for information to verify the account and assess the request. Any refund due will be made in accordance with applicable law.
