Cancellation Policy

How to cancel
You can ask us to cancel your subscription at any time by emailing general@keepviral.app from the email address linked to your KeepViral account. State clearly that you want to cancel future renewals. If you cannot use that email address, include enough information for us to verify your account without sending a password or full payment-card number. We will confirm the cancellation by email.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not immediately end access you have already paid for: paid plan access continues until the end of the current billing period, whether monthly or another period shown at purchase. To avoid the next charge, send your cancellation request before renewal. A cancellation does not itself erase your account or projects.
Refunds and statutory rights
Cancelling does not automatically refund the current billing period. We do not offer voluntary refunds for unused time, but statutory refund and cancellation rights still apply. Read our Refund Policy for details. This policy does not remove any mandatory consumer right, including an applicable cooling-off right.
